  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A document containing language other than English is not
    converted in correct keywords due to which search with the
    keyword in that language breaks.
    

Local fix

  • a. Go to file export.cfg at
    <PortalServer>/lwo/prereq.odc/shared/app. In the file look for
    the property 'defaultinputcharset'. If it is set to anything
    other than utf8 change it to utf8 as shown below:
    
    defaultinputcharset utf8
    
    b. Restart the Portal Server after making the change.
