PI19358: EVEN THOUGH THE RUNNING REPORT IS CANCELLED, CPU USAGE OF QUERY SERVICE JAVA IS STILL HIGH

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Even though the running report is cancelled, CPU usage of Query
  Service java is still high.?It appears that the cancellation of
  the running report does not work. ??If the report is not
  cancelled, we are unable to obtain the expected result though
  report is running over 5 or 6 hours. ?Displaying "Your report is
  running" continues and it never complete.
