• Top level job did not get updated even sub job is in "ended"

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Top Level Job (TLJ) goes to         *
  *                      restartable even though the subjobs     *
  *                      are in the ended state.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  An exception was being thrown while performing the Top Level
  Job completion tasks, but the exception was not being logged.
  Therefore, it appeared the Top Level Job was completing
  normally even though its state went to restartable.
  

Problem conclusion

• Exceptions which are thrown during the Top Level Job
  completion tasks are now being logged.
  The fix for this APAR is currently being targeted for
  inclusion in WebSphere Compute Grid fixpack 8.0.0.5 and
  WebSphere Application Server fixpack 8.5.5.4.
