The SAML Web Single Sign-on (SSO) TAI may prevent applications
that are running on a different thread from reading the HTTP
Request Parameter.  This can cause applications that need
access to the HTTP Request Parameter to fail.

Problem conclusion

The SAML Web SSO TAI always reads the HTTP Request Parameter
for a request even if the request is not protected by the TAI.
This prevents any application running on a different
thread from accessing the HTTP Request Parameter.

The SAML TAI is updated so that it only reads the HTTP Request
Parameter if the request is protected by the TAI.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.37, 8.0.0.10, and 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to
