  TEMPLATE statement with semi-colon in some cases
  which may result in DB2 Utility syntax error and the
  tools' error msgADB5185E

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Batch Restart Program ADBTEP2           *
  *                      eliminates a blank line from a          *
  *                      User-defined copy template's input      *
  *                      when the last character of the record   *
  *                      is blank. This elimination leads to a   *
  *                      DB2 utility processing error when a     *
  *                      necessary blank delimiter is omitted.   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Batch Restart Program ADBTEP2 eliminates a blank line from a
  User-defined copy template's input when the last character of
  the record is blank. This elimination leads to DB2 utility
  processing errors, for example:
  
  DSNU049I DSNUGPTC - INVALID OPERAND 'YESLISTDEF'
  FOR KEYWORD 'STACK'
  
  occurs when the necessary blank delimiter is omitted. The
  message 'YESLISTDEF' indicates that STACK option YES and the
  next record LISTDEF record are combined due to the missing
  delimiter.
