Error description

• This new function will help customers in cases where their
  application sequentially processes a large number of DEDB areas
  per DB.
  This is preventive service for PM79037/UI17364(IMS V12),
  PI07904/UI18024 (IMS V13).

  *                      empty flag(DMACEMPT) that is            *
  *                      introduced in                           *
  *                      PM79037/UI17364(IMS V12),               *
  *                      PI07904/UI18024 (IMS V13).              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  1. FPA Reload, Change, Initialize and FPB Reload set the empty
  flag(DMACEMPT) in the 2nd CI(DMAC) to skip areas in cases where
  their application sequentially processes a large number of DEDB
  areas when the processed area has no segment ie. an empty area.
  2. FPA and FPO DMACPRT show the new empty flag (DMACEMPT) that
  is introduced in PM79037/UI17364(IMS V12), PI07904/UI18024
  (IMS V13).
  These are implemented in case of equal to or higher than IMS
  V12.
