APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Error message "ARYS118E - Error saving object level restore
  information" may occur resulting in "ABEND=S000 U0008" during
  system backup.
  .
  ABEND may occur if another process/program unrelated to Recovery
  Expert program is trapping the I/O calls our program is issuing
  and trying to interrogate the I/O control blocks which we have
  already cleaned up.  Some defensive code will be added to which
  should prevent this situation from occurring.
