PI18042: ELLEV USED IN A TI PROCESS NOT RETURNING THE CORRECT LEVEL

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you have a consolidated element created and if?it has no
  children attached to it, during a TI process if you?create an
  element in that TI process and use the function ELLEV to return
  the level it will return 0 and not 1 like you would expect.   If
  you look in the subset editor however it shows the level as 1.
  

Local fix

• Create a dummy element under the consolidation so the function w
  ill work.
