APAR status

Error description

• Logical Claims on a NPI index are not freed after issuing the
  Access Database Spacenam Mode(OPEN) command.
  After the Access command with Mode(open) is issued for an Non
  Partition Index (NPI), the DB2 service thread '014.ADB   0A'
  holds a logical claim (CS,C).
  The logical claim causes a drain request to get a DSNT501I
  RC00C200EA.
  The logical claim should have been freed after the Access Mode
  (open) command finished.

  When the object is an NPI, the command processor of -ACCESS
  DATABASE with MODE(OPEN) may issue unnecessary claims based on
  the number of the partitions of the base tablespace.  The extra
  claims may cause other jobs a drain failure RC00C200EA.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is changed to claim NPI at the index page set level
  instead of the part level of the base tablespace.
