PI17936: [WI 315787] - MEMBERS CANNOT BE ADDED TO A LIFE CYCLE PROJECT

Error description

• Problem description
  New members cannot be added to a Life Cycle Project when a
  Project Area  was part of it and got archived. The Select
  Members dialog does not handle errors caused by the archived
  project:  it does not add a member when "Add" is selected and it
  does not close nore add a member when "Add & Close" is selected.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Create a new Life Cycle Projects (for example "Money that
  Matters Sample")
  2) Open the member list of this project using the "Show project
  members" from all LPA projects page
  3) All users are shown
  4) Archive the original RM project ("JKE Banking RM"). Instead
  of the RM Project in the LPA there is -Unresolved Context-
  instead
  6) Open the member list as in step 2)
  
  Actual Behavior
  There are no users on the list and new users cannot be added
  If Girebug with debug flags is enabled the Firebug console shows
  the following error:
  TypeError: context.domains[0] is undefined at MembersPage 982
  
  Expected Behavior:
  The user list should show up and it should be possible to add
  new members.
  
  Work around:
  Delete the placeholder -Unresolved Context- for the Archived
  Project Area
  Save the LPA
  Now the member list shows up and new users can be added.
