  This APAR provides the following enhancements to IMS High
  Performance Prefix Resolution (HPPR):
  
  1. If HPPRBH=NO is specified from Post-Reorganization utility
  but DFSVSAMP DD or DFSCTL DD are not provided, the data sets
  are dynamically allocated.
  
  To specify HPPRBH=NO from Post-Reorganization utility to HPPR,
  the following maintenance is required:
    - APAR PI17557 for IMS Reorganization Expert for z/OS
      Version 4 Release 1 (FMID=H25N410)
  
  2. Some important messages are modified to be routed not only
  to the message data set but also to WTO.

  3. The new DEBUG keyword is supported in FABYIN control
  statement to tern on the debug function. When turned on,
  additional FABY011I messages are issued to show the progress
  of sort with sort exits E15 and E35.
