Error description

• DB2 UET was designed to intercept users running DSNUTILB,
  invoked through either DSNUTILS, DSNUTILU or DSNUPROC. Over the
  years, more and more applications are running DSNUTILB under the
  covers and attaching DSNUTILB, which causes an issue with UET
  intercepting those utilities. This enhancement will enable other
  IBM DB2 Tools like InfoSphere CDC the ability to execute
  utilities without DB2 UET intercepting DSNUTILB.
