Error description

• The count of MQCTLs in SMF 116 records (WTASCTN) is incorrect
  for long-running tasks as the count is not cleared at each SMF
  interval (WTASCTET and WTASCTCT are also incorrect, as are
  WTASTPN, WTASSUN, WTASSQN, WTASSTN).

  cleared after the statistics collection interval (when WTAS is
  copied to SMF116) for long running threads that expand over
