PI17112: DESIGN STUDIO DOES NOT SHOW CARD SETTINGS DIALOG WHEN THE XML SCHEMA USED AS METADATA HAS EMPTY/INVALID NAMESPACE DEFINED

Error description

• Design Studio does not show the card settings dialog of an input
  or output card for editing by the user when the XML Schema used
  as Metadata location has empty/invalid namespace defined.
  
  Unable to open/edit the Map input card properties when using an
  XML imported tree and setting the Metadata to point to an XSD
  file which has an empty/invalid namespace. If the Schema is
  renamed to a different name, then the properties can open with
  no issues. But when renamed back to the original name, then the
  input card properties will no longer open/edit.

Problem conclusion

  key in the XML Schema associated to the Metadata field is null
  or empty.

  8.3.0.6, 8.4.0.4, 8.4.1.1
