Error description

• This APAR ships a JDK iFix on the PI08996 JDK base level with
  the following changes:
  IV59520 - NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION WHILE WRITING CLASS DESCRIPTOR
  OBJECT TO OBJECTOUTPUTSTREAM.
  This APAR ships a JDK iFix on the SDK base  level SDK 6 SR15
  FP1 with the following  changes:
  
  IV59520 - NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION WHILE WRITING CLASS DESCRIPTOR
  OBJECT TO OBJECTOUTPUTSTREAM.
