    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The SQLCODE=-204 error is caused by the CREATE INDEX
    statements that are generated in the Changes (CHG) file to
    recreate the indexes defined on the history table. However,
    the Changes (CHG) file should not generate the CREATE INDEX
    statements because the history table has been dropped as a
    result of the temporal table and database being dropped.
