PI16817: Unable to edit existing render variables

Error description

• Attempting to edit existing Render Variable or Style Variable
  settings in the Properties of a report item in Report Studio
  result in !Error on page and it is not possible to edit the
  existing value.??The problem only occurs in 10.2.0 FP2. Prior to
  installing FP2 the variables could be edited successfully.
