PI16533: ISPF PANEL AND MESSAGE UPDATES

Error description

• This APAR provides updates to the follow ISPF messages and help
  panels:
  Updated Messages: HLO464E, HLO465E, HLO593E, HLO308E, HLO309E,
           HLO591E, HLO574E
  Updated HELP Panels: HLOHLDXP, HLOH465E, HLOH300E, HLOH301E,
        HLOH308E, HLOH309E, HLOH495E, HLOHSJCI, HLOHBLDJ,
        HLOHEXLO, HLOHCSTC, HLOH479E, HLOH480E, HLOH481E, HLOH482E
  
  .
  This APAR also resolves the following ISPF panel issues:
  1. CSORT, CORDER, CFIX, CSIZE settings are not saved on the
     following panels: HLOLPRFD, HLOLTBLM, HLOLELDT, HLOLTBLS
  
  2. Panel HLOLSUBS fields "Enter starting position" and "Enter
     substring length" changed from 5 characters to 1 character.
     Only one character of input is required as these fields allow
     only values between 1 and 8.

  3. Panels HLOLSJCI and HLOLBLDJ updated to include line commands
     "M" and "I".
  
  4. The command list shown on Panel HLOLVXLO contains commands
     TABLE and ACCELERATOR which are not valid on this panel.
     These commands will be removed from the command list.
  
  5. When building a load job by partition, the
     REPLACE keyword is incorrectly placed in the
     load parameters.  The REPLACE keyword should
     be placed after the partition number.
