PI16283: TM1 PERSPECTIVES WITH EXCEL 2013 - AN EXCEL DIALOG IS OPEN ERROR ON SLICE

Error description

• TM1 Perspectives with Excel 2013 - An Excel dialog is open error
  on slice.??This appears only with Perspectives in Excel version
  2013. ??After Excel opens, there's a blank workbook as usual. If
  you do a slice,  snapshot or active form from a cube view, Excel
  pops up but it shows the blank workbook that was created when
  Excel started. ??If you close the blank workbook, it should
  prompt you to save it if you did a slice or active form. It does
  not ask if it was a snapshot.  ??After closing the empty
  workbook, you cannot do a slice, snapshot or active form from a
  cube view - an error pops up and says:  ??"An Excel dialog is
  open. Please close it first."  ??The only way to do another
  slice, snapshot or active form from a cube  view is to close and
  reopen Excel; closing your slice, snapshot or active form does
  not help the cause.
