  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The PE Server subtask load module FPEVRAC abends with system
  completion code 0C4. The PE Server subtask stops and the
  corresponding DB2 subsystem can no longer be monitored.
  Storage in use by task FPEVRAC has been released by another
  task as result of a timeout condition.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
