Error description

• Using IMSSETLOG SUSPEND can result in an SA03 or SC03 abend
  preceded by some sort of abend in a VSAM CLOSE module.
  The abend can occur either while the IMSSETLOG is being
  processed or in a subsequent IMS Cloning Tool command in the
  same job step.
