Error description
When a user that is not an admin logs into IBM Cognos Analysis Studio and opens a view, he does not see the hierarchy levels displayed correctly. He sees all the leaf elements not consolidated correctly. The same environment when pointed to a BI 10.2 server, shows the correct hierarchy levels for the same user.
