Error description

• When the reorganized database is a non-recoverable PSINDEX with
  multiple partitions, ORF tries to make the index recoverable
  without stopping all partitions, which fails with the following
  error: DSP1095A DATABASE IS AUTHORIZED

  This APAR addresses the following problems:
  
  1. When the reorganized database is non-recoverable PSINDEX with
    multiple partitions, ORF tries to make the index recoverable
    without stopping all partitions, which usually fails with the
    following error:   DSP1095A DATABASE dbname IS AUTHORIZED
  
  2. In a reorganization of a multi-volume OSAM database, if the
    original database dataset is extended to the next volume
    during the Copy phase, ORF can fail to apply the captured log
    records to the shadow database dataset. ORF fails to refresh
    the volume information with some probability due to a program
    error.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR makes the following changes:
  
  1. The program is changed to issue CHANGE.DB RECOVABL after
    stopping all partitions when reorganizing non-recoverable
    PSINDEX.
  
  2. The program error is corrected so that ORF surely uses the
    right volume information when it applies captured log records.
