• ABEND0C4 in GJEUIAGG +x'EFC' on AL instruction referencing R7.
  R7 storage is not available.

  Modules GJEIC9xxx failed to check to see if the affinity
  routing feature was successfuly initialized before starting
  to build 9x IMCIDs, which lead to an abend0c4 later in the
  aggregation module GJEUIAGG
  

Problem conclusion

• A check for affinity initialization complete flag was added
  to correctly respond to the client requests.
