Error description

• A customer's job created dynamic shared queue WXYZ and
  had queued a request to structure task SSS while holding
  the latch in the IVSA for the queue.
  SSS was processing a delete request for queue WXYZ, and
  a 'Shared Queue Close Processing' (CSQECLOS) had queued
  a request to the DB2SRV to delete the queue object
  from DB2.
  However, DB2SRV was processing a DISPLAY QUEUE request
  and was waiting for the IVSA latch for WXYZ.
  It created a deadly embrace which results in the
  S522 abend.

  request to STRTSK06 while holding the latch in the IVSA for the
  queue.
  STRTSK06 was processing a DELETE request for queue ABCD, and
  had queued a request to DB2SRV02 to delete the queue object
  from DB2.
  DB2SRV02 is processing a DISPLAY QUEUE request and wants the
  latch in the IVSA for queue WXYZ.
  This creates a deadly embrace, and results in ABENDS522.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ5DBRQ has been altered so even numbered DB2SRVxx tasks will
  not be available for DBRQ_TEST_MASK_DELETE requests.
