  By APAR PM79078, some new modules which had multiple CSECTs
  were shipped. However, all CSECT names were not set in ++MOD
  for the modules. Therefore when running SMP/E RESTORE command
  for PTF UK90612 of the APAR, the Link-Edit process of RESTORE
  terminated with MSGGIM23901E or MSGGIM23903W.
  This APAR sets all CSECT names ++MOD entry for modules which
  have multiple CSECTs.
  

Problem conclusion
