Error description

• The company journals copied from 1312 to 1401 do not appear to
  close??out to retained earnings per year end rules. Data entry
  has retained??earnings account missing but journal report shows
  the account. ????It does not replace existing journals when we
  re-copy??journals as the ?Last Modified? date does not
  change.????!!Note that this defect is for dim code on a dim
  account being transferred to a non dim account during copy
  manual company journals over year end.??Other issues have been
  either answered or they have remained unexplained.!!
