  This APAR will enable the new LOAD OVERRIDE option.
  
  SOLUTION:
  The fix for PI15666 is to enable the LOAD OVERRIDE option
  for the LOAD utility which is added by APAR PM99683.
  It requires the fix for APAR PM99683, for FMID HDBBB10 to be
  applied.
