Error description

• While attempting to determine if Log Forward processing is
  necessary or if an image copy has to be used for the compression
  dictionary, Log Analysis Tool may need to access the Tablespace.
  If the Tablespace happens to be empty, the job may end with RC=8
  and message 'ALAA046E-GET err DSN:'
