Error description

When checking in file elements on an IBM Rational ClearCase
client host, data loss can occur if the following error message
is displayed during checkin:
vobsvr_make_container_permanent call failed: RPC: Timed out
cleartool: Error: Operation 'vobsvr_make_container_permanent'
failed: timed out trying to communicate with ClearCase remote
server

When this error occurs, the following message should NOT be
displayed:
Checked in 'filename.exe' version
'\main\MyProject_Integration\5'.

If that 'success' message is displayed, the checkin has actually
failed, and data has been lost.

Error processing has been corrected in ClearCase versions
8.0.0.5 and 8.0.1
