Error description

• Dojo addOnload fails to fire with Worklight 6.1 JS
  (worked in 5.0.6 and 6.0)" instead of "Cordova fails to
  make callback.

Problem conclusion

• Worklight.js was changed to avoid calling the forementioned
  method, so Dojo in the Portal is working with worklight.js
