• Message DSNU310I - RECORD ( n ) WILL BE DISCARDED DUE TO
  'SQLTEXT' CONVERSION ERROR CODE '21 - INPUT NOT VALID FOR CCSID
  CONV' is issued in the DB2 Offload job.
  
  This APAR addresses an overlay of the last byte of the SQL
  statement which may occur if the SQL statement length is x'291',
  causing the byte to be incorrectly interpreted and preventing
  the record from loading into the SQLTEXT table.
