• IMS Generic Exits proclib member search order incorrect if IMSID
  is OPT.

  Using the IMSid as part of the proclib member name causes
  duplicate member names if the IMSid is 'OPT'
  

Problem conclusion

• Exit definition proclib member name will be padded with '0'
  if IMSid is 'OPT' to avoid name collision with the global
  options member name.
