• When attempting to run a watchdog in a Operations Console, if
  the user has a special character in his password (either CAM or
  native)  the watchdog won't work ?First ?Failure starting
  Watchdog? error message appears then ?Watchdog Status says:
  ?Wrong username or password. Please try again?
