Error description

• When customer issue a HTTPS GET request to an endpoint using
  WL.Server.invokeHttp method, if the endpoint response with
  HTTP 302 redirect, invokeHttp will stall until timeout and
  return with
  "Runtime: Http request failed:
  org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException:
  Connection to https:\/\/XXX.ca refused"

Problem conclusion

• The fix prevents the http client from following a redirect, and
  instead the standard redirect response will be returned to the
  customer code, so that he can decide what to do next.
