Error description

• Saving a file from the ClearTeam Explorer version tree using the
  'save as' function adds null characters to the file.  This is
  reproducible from both a web and dynamic view.
  
  Steps to reproduce :
  1. Add a text file to source control
  2. Right click on the element and select 'version tree'
  3. Right click on a version and select 'save as'
  4. Open the file with Notepad++
  
  The file that is saved has NUL characters added to the file that
  do not exist when you use the 'Send to' function from the native
  client version tree.   The current version in the ClearTeam
  Explorer web or dynamic view does not show the NUL characters
  when opened.
