• In UCM/CQ integration, if the action names are defined in
  non-ascii characters, error would occur when set a CR to a
  resource in CTE client:
  CRMAP7009: CCRC command 'WorkOnRpc' failure: CRMSV1038: Unable
  to set the current activity for view 'xxxxxxx' to
  'activity-name': Clearcase object not found.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Using URLs that contain non-ASCII characters with the OSLC-based
   Rational UCM/CQ Integration (SQUID) or the Rational Change
  Management Integration (CMI) causes the integrations to
  malfunction.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearCase versions 8.0.0.11 and 8.0.1.4
