PI14480: AUTO DISCOVERY RETURNS MULTIPLE DATA SET ID (DSGID) OF ZERO

Error description

• Auto Discovery returns multiple data set ID (DSGID) of zero.

  The SQL execption in Admin Console is caused by Auto Discovery
  who returns multiple DSG id of 0 when the database dataset
  group is not registered with DBRC.
  

Problem conclusion

• HKTDDBD0 was modified to use DSG id set in IDBD block.
  Apply this fix, then rerun HKTDDSC0 to refresh HKT_INPUT
  repository, then run Auto Discovery from Admin Console tool.
