Error description

• SIP processing fails to locate annotations on loosely configured
  jar files of EBA type applications.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the code which is responsible for processing annotated
  methods.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
