Error description

  • When a native android client uses Worklight to connect to the
    default https port 443, the client may encounter a
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid port: -1 in Class
    org.apache.http.cookie.CookieOrigin.  This exception would be
    seen in the logcat output for the android device when the
    client uses Worklight to connect over SSL using port 443.
    

Local fix

  • Use a port other than 443 for Worklight SSL connections from
    the native android client.
