Error description

• This problem affects environments with a combination of both BI
  Server and Powerplay Server components.  If you have separate
  dispatchers for Batch Report Service activity and Powerplay
  Service activity, you may see the following error for scheduled
  Powerplay reports on an intermittent basis:  DPR-ERR-2008 The
  dispatcher is unable to process the request. The request is
  directed to an unknown service name:

Local fix

• This issue appears to occur when Batch Report Service and Powerp
  lay Service schedules fire at the same time.  You may be able to
   avoid this issue by staggering Powerplay and Batch Report sched
  ules to run during different time periods.
