PI13011: DB2 ADMINISTRATION TOOL FOR Z/OS DOES NOT ALLOW combination of a primary command and a line command

Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS does not allow combination
  of a primary command and a line command and issues
  an "invalid command" message
  
  Example :
  
  While on panel ADB21K if one wants to issue RB against multiple
  packages and then wants to process them in one go it is not
  possible and the tool steps thru every one of them.

  that a primary command and a line command can not be used
  together on panel ADB21K.

• Program has been updated to add new message ADBM706E /
  msgadbm706e:
  
  ADBM706E 'Command usage error'
  'The &zmcd command cannot be used with the line command that
  you specified. Remove the &zcmd command and then proceed.'
