  Dojo 1.8.6 was  released in open source.  This version include
  various bug fixes and minor enhancements such as browser
  support.  The latest Web 2.0 and Mobile Toolkit fixpack needs
  updated to include Dojo 1.8.6.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Web 2.0 and Mobile Toolkit has been updated to include
  Dojo 1.9.2.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  Web 2.0 and Mobile Toolkit fix pack 1.1.0.6.  Please refer to
