  New Function to introduce a z/OS Health Checker
  migration health check to identify legacy device
  types configured in the TCP/IP profile.
  

Problem conclusion

• Support for the DEVICE and LINK profile statements for the
  following TCP/IP
  legacy device types will be removed in a future release
  of z/OS Communications Server: ATM, CDLC, CLAW,
  HYPERchannel, SNALINK (LU0 and LU6.2), and X.25.
  Because support is being removed for the ATM device
  type, the following associated TCP/IP profile statements
  will also no longer be supported:  ATMARPSV, ATMLIS,
  and ATMPVC.  If any of these device type
  profile statements are processed, warning message
  EZZ0717I is issued.
