Error description

• An abend S0C4 (SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4  REASON CODE=00000011)
  can occur in module ALASUBG (OFFSET=00001720) if the last log
  record in the buffer is being processed and storage beyond that
  record isunavailable to the program. This situation is entirely
  sporadic and depends on buffering and log record placement
  therein.
