Error description

• The IMS dump formatter decodes the 4-digit machine type to
  a human-readable string for certain format options (IMS
  statistics formatting, BPE summary and statistics
  formatting).  The decode table in module BPEOSRV0 is
  missing machine type 2828 (zBC12).
  Additionally, this APAR make two diagnostic improvements:
  1. Format information about entry and element usage
     for CQS structures.
  2. Format the log sequence number and, for type X'48'
     records, the block sequence number on the RECORD
     header line printed by DFSERA10 exit module
     DFSERA30.

  1. In the CQS dump formatter for the CQS structure block
     (CQSSTRUC):  Access the structure statistics area and
     format information about entry and element usage for
     each structure.
  
  2. Format the log sequence number and, for type X'48'
     records, the block sequence number on the RECORD
     header line printed by DFSERA10 exit module DFSERA30.
