PI12787: FORM FIELD QTYPE TO REPORT A NEW VALUE (LOCALF) WHEN THE SHARED QUEUE TRANSACTION IS LOCAL-FIRST

Error description

• 1. Update form field QTYPE values:
  LOCALF = local-first (always processed by the same system where
           the message was queued).
  LOCAL =  queued globally, but processed by the same system where
           the message was queued - (only description is updated).
  GLOBAL = queued globally, processed by a different system than
           where the message was queued - (only desc is updated).
  2. Update IRUR report section "Message Queue Pool Statistics" to
  include values for Short and Long Message Queue sizes.
  
  Additional enhancement:
  Change the production of error MSGIPI0042E so that multiple
  occurrences of this message will be summarised as per below:
   Msg Count=nnnn    IPI0042E  Unknown reason code in type 10
   record
