  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The PE Server subtask load module FPEVZRAC terminates with
  Abend 0C4. Monitoring of stored procedures is no longer
  possible. Analyzing Stored Procedures in the SQL Statements
  Dashboard is not possible anymore.
  The PE Server subtask load module FPEVZRAC tries to extract
  performance data out of data section QW0380 of IFCID 380. Load
  module FPEVZRAC is terminated with completion code 0C4 if data
  section QW0380 is missing in IFCID 380.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The code has been corrected to check presence of data section
  QW0380 before it is accessed.
