PI12705: ABEND S0C4 ON GGC#LGAP AND MESSAGE GGC3601I OR GGC3601E

Error description

• The following issues are resolved by this APAR,
  1. Change Accumulation job that uses incremental image copies
    with page sizes greater than 4k can terminate with ABEND 0C4
    RC=11 in module GGC#LGAP. The following messages are seen in
    in the job output:
  
    GGC3601I Log apply task returned an error, RC=X'0C4000'
    GGC2802I The writer service returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
  .
  2. Change Accumulation job may ABEND with a S0C4 on
    NAME=GGC#LGAP and ABEND U0012 on NAME=GGC#MAIN and the
    following messages in the job output when mini logs with log
    record size more than 32000 bytes are processed,
    GGC3601E Log apply task returned an error, RC=X'0C4000'
    GGC2802E The writer service returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
