Error description

• Change Accumulation tool  write to vsam job with REBUILD_INDEXES
  keyword on a z/OS 2.1 system may fail U0012 on NAME=GGC#LGAP and
  the following messages in the job output,

  GGC4998A A Internal error. Contact IBM tech support. Pgm:
  GGCIIKS  Stmt: 547
  GGC2027I A Rebuild indexes thread returned error.
  
  GGC3601I  Log apply task returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
  GGC2802I  The writer service returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
